BDC client computer terminal operation process

1. Log in to the official website through the link. If you log in for the first time as a new user, you need to register first.

If you are an old user, log in directly with your account and password.

2. After successfully logging in, go to the homepage and proceed to our first step "Pre-Package" application, fill in: logistics information, product information and submit the application. (As shown below)

3. To predict that the package is submitted successfully, you can check the status of your waybill in the "Package List" in the background.

4. When the background operator puts the courier number into the warehouse, the status of the waybill is updated to: After it has been put into the warehouse, we can proceed to the second step "Consolidation Application", fill in the receiving address, and select the package that needs to be consolidated for consolidation. (As shown below)

*Note: The information marked with "*" is required, otherwise it cannot be submitted! ! !

5. After the successful submission of the consolidation application, an order number will be generated, which can be viewed on the order management page. The order status after the successful consolidation application is: unprocessed.

6. After the background operator performs the cost accounting operation, after the accounting is successful, the order status changes to: unpaid, and the customer performs the payment operation. (If the customer's balance is enough to pay for the freight, you can directly use the balance to pay.)

7. After the payment is successful, the order status will change to: Packing. Waiting for the warehouse staff to deliver the goods, customers can check their order status in the web-side order management. The order status is: when it has been shipped, it means that the warehouse has sent your packaged package and waits for the delivery.

8. After the customer receives the package, click "Confirm Receipt" to complete the entire collection process.
